AZ Home Inspection Services Reviews: Trusted by Arizona Homebuyers, Sellers & Real Estate Professionals

I recently hired Bob for a home inspection on a listing of mine, and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only was he professional and detail-oriented, but also incredibly personable. Bob took the time to connect with the seller as a person, not just a client, which made a huge difference. He showed genuine respect for the home and the relationship the current owner has with it. His thoughtful approach, clear communication, and prompt, thorough report made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for an inspector who combines expertise with true care and respect.

Bob was very friendly and thorough. He was responsive to all communications and since I am from out of state he kept me abreast of the situation every step of the way. He even called me during the inspection while he was on my roof in Arizona. I appreciate his counsel and insight into this project. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Bob

Bob did an amazing job. He walked us through each item he found and gave us recommendations on how to resolve since we are first time home owners. 10/10 would recommend him!

Bob did a fantastic job. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of our home. He explained and offered suggestions on how to fix the issues that he had discovered during his inspection. His final report was very detailed and was sent to us the same day as our inspection. I highly recommend AZ Home Inspection Services.

We are moving to AZ from out of state. Stacy Hodges performed our home inspection in Goodyear, AZ in October of 2025. He did a thorough job and then spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining his findings in a way that was easy to understand. We received a detailed inspection report by email with multiple photos and videos to clearly show Stacy's findings. When we had questions, we sent him emails to which he responded promptly and even answered one more detailed email by calling us with his answers. We highly recommend Stacy and AZ Home Inspection Services.

Once again Bob came through. As a Real Estate agent, I'm tasked with being the conductor of scheduling with a variety of vendors to help ensure that a buyer successfully closes on their home, on time, and with peace of mind. Bob is one of my vendors that I can always count on making me and my clients a priority. He's incredibly detailed with his inspections and better yet, explains it to my clients with easy to understand explanations. I've been an agent for 12 years. Bob and I only connected about a year ago, which was 11 years later than I would have liked.

Bob is one of the most thorough, precise and professional trades people I’ve met. If you are thinking of buying a home or you’re a realtor who looks out for their clients, contact Bob for the best inspection experience.

Bob was on time and very thorough in his inspection of the home I was preparing to purchase. I prefer to pay at the time service is rendered and he expects pay in advance, but I thought he was very thorough and an expert at covering all the bases and major systems of any home. I would recommend him and Az home inspection services.

Bob is amazing. He is not only thorough in his inspections but goes above and beyond to make sure the inspection is done in a professional manner and is there to protect his customers!
