AZHI residential home inspections start at $285. The final price depends on the size and age of the property and any add-on services. Every inspection includes the full six-system walkthrough, the on-site report, and the Home Binder and concierge service.

Square footage
The single biggest driver. A 1,400 sq ft production home and a 5,000 sq ft custom build are not the same day of work.
Age of the home
Older homes carry more history, original panels, updated plumbing, additions and remodels that need untangling.
Add-on services
Mold testing, indoor air quality testing, a certified termite report (WDIIR) and pool & spa inspection are each quoted separately.
Property type
Commercial buildings are quoted case by case on size, age and the number of mechanical systems.

Are there hidden fees?
No. You get a quote before booking, based on the property details you provide. Add-on services are priced when you ask for them, not after the fact.
